The renter is solely responsible for the safe, legal, and proper operation of the rental vehicle at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with all Moroccan traffic laws, regulations, and speed limits. HurenCars is not liable for any accidents, collisions, injuries (to the driver, passengers, or third parties), or damages to property that result from the renter’s operation of the vehicle. The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and tolls incurred during the rental period.

2 Insurance and Liability Coverage

While HurenCars provides comprehensive insurance for the rental vehicle as detailed in our rental agreement, this coverage is specific to the vehicle itself. Our insurance does not cover:

• Personal injury or death of the driver or passengers.
• Loss of or damage to the renter’s personal belongings.

We strongly advise all customers to secure their own personal travel insurance to cover these potential risks.

3 Mechanical Breakdowns and Maintenance

While we make every effort to ensure our vehicles are in excellent condition, mechanical failures can occur unexpectedly. In the event of a breakdown, HurenCars will provide roadside assistance as per our policy. However, HurenCars will not be held liable for any inconvenience, costs, or delays resulting from a vehicle breakdown, including but not limited to accommodation, alternative transportation, or missed flights. We recommend you plan your journey with some buffer time to account for unforeseen circumstances.

4 Personal Belongings

HurenCars is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the rental vehicle at any time. We advise all renters to secure their valuables and never leave personal items unattended in the car.
