• Complete Your Booking: Fill in your information securely and confirm your booking. You will instantly receive a booking confirmation voucher via email. This voucher is very important, so please keep it handy for your pickup.

City or Office Pickup:

If you’re already in the city, you can pick up your car directly from our Huren Cars office locations in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Agadir, and Tangier.

Hotel Delivery:

For the ultimate convenience, we can arrange to deliver your rental car directly to your hotel or riad in the city center (subject to availability and a small delivery fee).

Step 3: The Pickup Process – What to Expect

When you arrive at your chosen pickup location, our friendly team will be ready to welcome you and get you on the road in minutes.

What to Bring with You:

To ensure a smooth and fast pickup, please have the following documents ready:

• Your booking confirmation voucher (printed or on your phone).
• Your valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
• Your passport or a valid national ID card.
• The credit card in the main driver’s name OR the required cash amount for the security deposit.

The Quick and Easy Process:

1. Document Check: We will quickly verify your documents and booking details.
2. Joint Vehicle Inspection: We will walk around the car with you to note any existing cosmetic damage on the rental agreement. We encourage you to take your own photos and videos for your peace of mind.
3. Security Deposit: We will arrange the security deposit. You can choose to pay via credit card hold or with a flexible cash deposit.

Step 4: Enjoy Your Journey & The Flexible Drop-Off

After a wonderful trip exploring Morocco, returning your car is just as easy as picking it up.

Flexible Drop-Off Locations:

• Same Location: The most common option is to return the car to the same location where you picked it up.
• One-Way Rental: Do you want to fly out of a different city? We offer flexible one-way rentals, allowing you to drop off your car at a different Huren Cars location (e.g., pick up in Marrakech and drop off in Casablanca). Please select this option during the booking process.

Drop-Off Times and Grace Period:

• We ask that you return your car at the scheduled time to help us prepare it for the next adventurer.
• We understand that travel plans can change. You are granted a 6-hour grace period after your scheduled drop-off time.
• If the vehicle is returned more than 6 hours late, a charge for an additional day’s rental will be applied.

The Final Inspection:

1. Joint Check-in: When you return, we will perform a joint inspection of the vehicle with you present, just like at pickup.
2. Fuel Policy: Our policy is “full-to-full”. Please ensure the car is returned with a full tank of fuel to avoid refueling charges.
3. Instant Deposit Refund: Provided the car is returned in good condition and with the correct fuel level, your security deposit is refunded to you on the spot. No waiting, no hidden fees, no hassle.
